Rank 13-14 Gold I would say I’m a below average regular player, not quite to T Spin level yet.

4. What made you want to join EG?

I joined EG because they asked me too, and nobody ever asks me to join their tournament team. They were the only ones, even since back then even if I was a top player nobody asked me. Seriously. But mainly I respect Salce and Dan.

How it all started was I started on AON when Dan and Andy were still on the same team then they split and since I had to be a plumbing intern 7 days of work 12 hours a day as a SUB for EG although if I did go to WCG EG probably would of tooken 1st and there’s a story behind that, you can ask Dan about that one if he lets you interview him.

No seriously we woulda won if I was there.

5. How is PGB doing in EG?

When he came back from europe to play he was really rusty but he is still by far one of the best support players(soraka lol) in the game. I’m really happy that he filled in for us.

He can’t commit to going fully into competitive play he has his own stuff and life to attend to, right now we’re looking for a 5th and 6th to take the support role. (6th because if one person leaves and we don’t have a backup we kinda get screwed over)

6. Who do you consider the leader of Epik Gaming?

Dan Dinh obviously, he helped created solomid, created EG, and even got CLG started. Long story behind that too.

7. How do you feel about Doublelift leaving EG?

I was really disapointed when he wasn’t going to tell us he was going to leave or even talked to me about it. I was willing to play the support role after talking to Xpecial and The Rain Man, at dreamhack. I was all ready to go into it.

But initally he joined our team as the support player, but our leadership and strictness in roles weren’t there. A lot may say that he got a free ride to dreamhack, but I don’t think that’s fully true. If it weren’t for me salce, and him we wouldn’t have switched or kriticalkill and hai l9 for westrice and doublelift.

It was almost as bad as the time where l0cust pulled some bull shit on me. We really have an opportunty to go far with this game and promote it. Our team just worked so well together the first time we played and we had an urgency as the worst time in the qualifiers may I mention that we only put the team together a week before the qualifiers. We lost that urgency now some of us think we’re hotshit or something because if we played with that urgency practiced a lot and were strict no doubt with our raw skill we’d be up there probably going to the germany.

I was really mad at the time and decided to block him off and everything, but as time went by I thought a lot about it and didn’t really blame him for it. He’s a really nice and funny guy although I’m not sure what went through his mind when he joined uNR. I’m curious to how much money they offered him since hes in college and all.

TLDR: I was mad, I forgive him cause he’s cute, and we’re all dumb kids.

8. What is the reason behind you playing on windowed mode?

My computer sucks.

I live on an island with bad internet (hawaii)

So I can stream without using shift click or whatever that crap is.

So I can see the expressions on peoples face when they walk by my computer and see it’s on the lowest settings possible while I put on a trollface.

9. How did you get into competitive League of Legends? What tips might you have for an aspiring competitive player who’s about to start playing ranked?

Buy lessons from me. jk

Play one champion until you master them, look up all the guides for every hero you play, and copy the top players until you completely mimiced them. It doesn’t take as much as you think to just copy a top player what they build, how they play, I mean look at Chu8. He got to rank one with MOEKAI, a character nobody uses in high elo. It takes a lot of practice and mechanics and basics you need to learn. Once you learn through that one comfortable champion, you can start expanding your horizion as you understand all the champions potential and combinations.

Don’t be afraid to play ranked, nobody cares if you’re low elo or mid elo. I could care less if you’re 1800 elo with bad luck, what really impresses the top players is when you get to rank 1 by carrying stupid people and somehow still win. You need to find the good solo queue champions that can carry then after you master solo queue, you can start to learn the competetive scene where you can’t stomp everyone.

It is MUCH different, but the main thing for me when I play is I like to have fun, and when I have fun I get HYPED especially at dreamhack, where I saw doublelift super nervous I tried patting him on the back and kept yelling out GET HYPE YEAH.

During the game I was smiling at the camera and such, and yelling out GET RAPED OH YEAH SUP BITCH TROLLOLOLOL HUEHUEUHEUHUE (though it wasn’t shown on the live stream it’s probably better it wasn’t)

10. Who are some of the EU players that you fear/respect the most?

I’ve talked to some of them and so far they all seem like really nice guys but in game…

Honestly I’m not afraid of their metagame their players or anything at all, this is going to sound like an egoistical dick because my metagame compared to the US metagame and EU metagame counters theirs.

The reason for this is Double AP is really strong but where I come from is the brusier role, and when you play singed vs double ap you just LOLOLOL all over there team. If it were up to me I would put 4 tanks and 1 carry on my team.

100% Singed Winrate V.S. EU’s so far in tournaments, I look forward to them raping me with singed, when my team actually lets me play Singed so I can counter their double AP with like Morde or Panth or Jax.

What I do fear though is they outpick us hard, they have very good team work and have no internal problems as far as I see, us north americans on the other hand though…. TSM Has internal problems arguements and all that. EG has problems determining the roles and picks for bot and top lane, our leader Dan is way to much of a nice guy and kinda lets us do what we want. CLG Doesn’t really have a leader and they have a problem deciding who does what for jungling or whether elementz is support or AP carry. Dan and Andy have this thing where if we don’t listen to them they stop caring and then the game goes downhill from there.

Hopefully it’s fixed in the future and we can all have fun games but TLDR:

Dan Dinh : Possibly the the person I respect the most in this game. His great attitude rivals Guardsman Bob, he is such a nice guy and he can pretty much fulfill roles like I can. He’s been around since the start and he has never shit talked me since the beginning of time. He was the first person to make me fear a master yi as Jax even in closed beta. He was the first person I ever called “My Idol”. Though when I talk to him in real life it feels kinda awkward I dunno way.

Salce : 2nd to one of the most respected in this game from me, Dan’s and Salce’s attitude prevents them from being overrated players. They are by far the most underrated players in this game and for them to deal with that and keep their cool under there is just amazing. Salce used to play amumu in closed beta and used to terror me with AXE strategies. He is by far one of the most solid players I’ve ever seen.

Westrice: wtf crazy tunnel vision akali player pimp who gets all the girls wtf.

Doublelift: Real homo crazy blitzcrank 1100000% accuracy wtf just put his face on blitzcrank already, this guy almost farms as much as westrice dear god.

Reginald : I’ve been harassing this troll since the beginning of time with my Jax. Andy would always greet me with the HAY DAIRUS HOW WAZ YOUR DAY. He started calling me Marc then went back to Dyrus. We somehow became friends through trolling the shit out of each other in closed beta. Sometimes andy goes overboard, but he is such a cool guy, despite is agressive attitude. Kinda like the “DO WORK” “GET MONEY GET PAID I’LL RAPE YOU MID SON” expression. He has been soloing middle since the beggining of time and can not play RAMMUS or tanks for the life of him. Please dear god do not give this man a tank to play.

Xpecial: This guy’s tolerence is off the charts, he’ll lose 20 solo queue games in a row and never get mad, wtf give this guy some energy drinks. Cool guy that took a hit for his team and fulfilled the support role and is now a great support player.

Chaox: Just looking at him makes me laugh,  he seriously has that trollface 24/7 and his laugh just makes me die on the inside of laughter. He is a really cool guy and theorycrafts 24/7. Rain Man told me he kept talking to him about strategies and  the rain bro just wanted to sleep, it was hella funny to imagine. cool story bro.

anyways this guy even after losing to my 0-13 singed he wasn’t mad at all, it was amazing I would of punched my monitor if my team sucked that bad. Somehow Chaox just somehow keeps winning and takes this game professionally by practing his role and AD rotations, really scary with vayne and corki.

The Rain Man: After meeting him in real life, I realized he was just a really cool dude, and that for all the things he gets mad for it makes sense. After talking to him for 10 hours on the plane ride back I realized we had a lot of things in common and everything started to make sense. I wish I had cooler glasses.

TheOddOne: Did not expect him to look like he did in real life with his voice. He is a really cool quiet preserved dude. I walked around with him for like 10 hours exploring and adventures looking and trees and water and stuff.

CLG:

HotshotGG: Really intelligent funny dude, after talking to him a lot at dreamhack all the stuff he does just started to make sense to me. When people see him as overrated and stuff, he really good. I couldn’t suggest any room for improvement when I saw him play, I don’t even know how to explain this part, I would say he was the most entertaining person out of the group. Way to funny.

saintviciouz: Put him together with samsterlicious and you have an entertaining game. Really cool/funny guy, makes me feel like a kid with all the shit that he knows.

Chauster: Hella funny, did not expect him to be so fucking buff. wtf steroids man. Always duo queues with girls real terror alistar troll.

BigfatLP: I remember playing with him in closed beta when he went triforce on Chogath and would have lilballz play olaf in the jungle or something. Apparently they rape every MMO they play together. Really funny laugh. He thinks I can still only played Jax and Singed, real terror.

19. Do you think that having less than optimal computer settings and other shit affect your gameplay?

Ya, but since I live in Hawaii and have higher ping in most games, and since my equipment sucks, I’m used to it. I’d probably be a top counter strike player like how frOd was viewed as back then, if it weren’t for this stupid wall of ping.

My Mom has been great to me, she’s seen me play games since I was 3 and hopes I can make a living off of video games. Somethings like if I can get into the gaming scene and do what I love. It started with Deathsofpain in Warcraft 2 then moved on to SirDiesAlot because there was a cute girl in Middle School I wanted to play with On maplestory and I wanted to make her laugh. Then I made an AIM to talk to that cute girl but SirDiesAlot was tooken so it suggested TSirDies. Then I became TSirDiesAlot of gunz and a lot of other games such as counterstrike and a lot of MMO’s. People started to call me TSir, then when I played raganarok online I saw the Mummy MVP Raid Boss called Osirius, then I saw names like Syrus and Cyrus in Counter strike. Then I thought ok new nickname for league…. TSirDies? Die? DYRUS? OH SHIT I’M A GENIUS.

Then it went from I Play Jax to Dyrus again, Yes I am I Play Jax, they are the same account.

25. How many times, on average, do you /l as Singed per game?

About thirty times a game I use it as mindlogical warefare, which is why on the 2nd round EG vs TSM is why Reginald played so bad because I fucked with him super badly. I play heroes because of their sound, playstyle and fun. I love SINGED’s laugh, and I LOVE Miss Fortunes laugh. AND I LOVE JAX’s STORY LORE HE IS SUCH A BADASS.

26. You used to duo with Lapakaa a lot, and it made for some of the funniest stream moments ever; why did you stop? Was it because of the queue times or the low rated partners?

I love playing with him, we know how each other plays and I always win with him, but then he started getting higher in the elo then we eventually stopped and forgot. I also loved to duo queue with VMan7 because his playstyle goes well with mine. There are certain players that I will win solo queue no matter what because of our play styles work so well together.

The reason why I stopped queuing with him is because after he missed a smite on dragon VS a level 1 MF E where she stole it, I just broke my keyboard then and there. Then I had a bad vibe to him, but even today I still love him.

And ALSO for the sydtko interview where he said VMan7 and Bryden7 is totally the worst players in the game THAT IS A FUCKING BULL SHIT LIE OPINION.

Though that’s how he sees them and we have all our own opinions, the only reason why VMan7 isn’t the best player in the game is because he always gets ganked, and never goes back to town. He is like the most balls deep player I have ever seen and if nobody ever stops him, I guarantee you. 99% of the time you will lose, because he is an unstoppable force if you don’t gank him, even the best player would hardly be able to take him for a 1v1 lane.

The problem is if you know how he plays you can rape him and since I played with him so much this is what I noticed with his mind set other then the fact he looks like Jesus.

When he hits around 70 CS or so and has like 1 or 2 kills, he will COMPLETELY STOP FARMING and go around the map to dive and rape people.

His mind set is he’s ahead, he should go rape other people and most of the time it will work.

He also gets first blood or gets first blooded 100% of the time. He will always be involved with first blood and most of the time, he will get first blood.

Bryden7 looks like he sucks cause he just trolls alot. He’s really good with nunu and sion but they both got nerfed. He can play tank and AP.

I hate playing against urgot, he is impossible to fucking lane against. Then for Ganks he fucking SWAPS you and becomes a tank that’s impossible to kill. Who the fuck thought of these mechanics so broken, i’m surprised he isn’t used in tournament play.
